Product price in this listing is a final price and includes standard postage, packaging, handling and taxes. It can decrease if you opt to avail of discounts on offer but will never increase. 

  • Every item we sell comes with a 1 year warranty which is provided directly by and we will either refund, repair or replace any broken, faulty, damaged or not working items within 1 year from its purchase date.
  • Every item can be returned back to for a full refund within 30 days from its purchase date without any questions asked, please, see our Returns policy for more information.
  • Orders placed before 4:00PM (GMT) will be dispatched on the same day (Monday - Friday) and orders placed after 4:00PM (GMT) or during weekend (Sat,Sun or Public Holidays) will be dispatched on the next working day. We also provide standard shipping free of charge with every item sold and registered / express service at 7 euro extra.
  • We will answer all emails / messages within 12 hours and welcome you to ask us anything you want as we are happy to help you with technical advice and assist you in finding the best solution available despite how much you might know once you have make and model details of your devices at hand.

We offer a combined shipping discount of 0,5 euro for each item shipped with a minimum of 1 euro discount for 2 items. Your discount will be refunded back to your account after your items were shipped. There is no need to let us know if you have bought your items in different transactions as long as they took place on the same day they will be shipped together. Please, opt for priority shipping if you would like to have tracking and insurance included with your delivery; only standard shipping without tracking and insurance is included in the items price. Orders over 35 euro (or equivalent) will be dispatched with tracking and insurance only.

Orders placed before 4 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched within the same day. Orders placed outside these times are usually dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are sent via An Post – standard post. An Post states that 99% of all domestic deliveries usually arrive on the next working day including Northern Ireland. Delivery to the United Kingdom takes about 1-3 days, European Union and United States 2-4 days, rest of the world 4-7 days. All orders can be tracked if not received but we do require  buyers to let us know that item is late in order to locate their delivery.

We are closed on public holidays and during Christmas - New Year holiday period, with all goods purchased during this time dispatched on the first working day back following order receipt. If there is a holiday flag placed on the shop, than the next dispatch will take place on the first day reopens. You can still buy an item but its dispatch maybe delayed.

Delivery times quoted are not guaranteed as this remains outside of our control unless you choose a Express delivery. Refunds for goods delivered late are not possible as we receive no compensation for this from our delivery companies. However where goods are delivered late due to the fault of the courier you will be eligible for a partial or full refund of the shipping cost.

Items purchased via PayPal from non-confirmed accounts may be subject to a delay due to validation of an account. Payment of goods via PayPal worth 100 euro or more is only accepted from verified account holders unless previous agreements made prior to purchase.

Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately to us via an eBay message service as our carriers only support claims for a limited period following dispatch. In the event of an item being damaged, please retain all original packing for inspection by the associated courier. Where the packing has been lost or destroyed payments against claims for damages may not be possible as directed by the associated courier contracts.Items paid for via PayPal can only be delivered to the registered PayPal address, specifically due to PayPal seller insurance coverage.

We accept PayPal and Stripe payments payable to only. PayPal is the fastest and safest way to pay via internet using your debit or credit card, 3V, Payzone, Entropay or your bank account. All of our items, unless stated otherwise within the product listing page, have a 1 year warranty from receipt. In rare situations when an item needs to be returned the responsibility of the return costs of this item remains with you, with covering the postage costs of its return to you.

We recommend that all goods being returned are suitably packaged and dispatched using traceable means, and are insured accordingly as we offer no responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

For faults which are reported within this period and upon its return the item will be repaired or if we are unable to repair the item, a replacement will be sent to you if available. In the unlikely event the item cannot be repaired or replaced a refund will be issued.

Customers returning items must enclose a note with a registered email with the item, this must be included with the return along with the original receipt to enable us to process this transaction faster. We also kindly request that information regarding the fault is included in the return package which will allow a quicker transaction processing.

All returns must include all the accessories and original packaging unless advised otherwise. Some units will carry a security seal to discourage board swapping etc, if for any reason this anti tamper security seals are broken all warranties and returns are void.

Items are not deemed as faulty when the cause of the item failure is due to poor reception of Digital Audio Broadcasts (DAB) or Digital Video Broadcast (DVB/Freeview).
